All sensitive data handled within GP Fusion is protected with SSL Encryption to ensure data is protected. Our environment has been certified with PCI DSS compliance, so you can be assured sensitive data transmitted to practices is safe.
We don't store any patient data and believe this should be handled by Clinical Systems - not websites or extranets. Other systems store sensitive data, such as patient names, addresses and medical conditions, on their servers - we strongly believe this is an Accident waiting to happen.
Information such as Repeat Prescriptions is intentionally never stored on our servers. Any medical information captured in online forms is sent directly to the practice via e-mail.
Ongoing Development
We are constantly developing GP Fusion Web and Infinity, and all new features are automatically made available to practices as soon as they are released.
Accessibility
Websites provided by GP Fusion are fully compliant with current standards including DDA, AA and AAA. Our websites are delivered in such a way that although they look great on modern computers, they also work correctly on older computers and devices such as Screen Readers and Mobile Devices.
We offer computer speech as standard on all pages and each GP Fusion website also has a separate mobile version designed specifically for mobile phones.

GP Fusion Web and Infinity are offered by Myria Systems, a Birmingham based software supplier whose origins date back to 1990.
Industry Approval
