Repeat prescriptions are computer-generated only when authorised by the doctor. Please bring or send in your repeat prescription request at least one working day before you require your prescription. If you supply a stamped addressed envelope we will return your prescription to you. As a rule, to avoid any errors, we are unable to deal with repeat prescription requests over the telephone. Your local pharmacist may be happy to arrange repeat prescriptions or delivery; please contact them for more details.
You can order repeat prescriptions via SystmOnline. If you wish to register for this service, please contact the surgery. Please note: you will need to attend the surgery with photographic proof of identity to register for this service.
The surgery strongly recommends that you sign up for SystmOnline. Using the repeat prescription form below is not a secure method, and the transmission of data to request medication is entirely at the patient's own risk.
If you have registered for online access to our appointment booking or prescription renewal, please click the following link:

Although sending information across the Internet means that privacy of data cannot be absolutely guaranteed,
our online forms offer high levels of security. The forms use HTTPS and TLS (using a 2048 bit certificate) to
encrypt data sent to and from your computer when using the site and our server environment is PCI DSS certified -
the highest standard of security associated with e-commerce and online finance solutions.
Form submissions are stored on the server for 28 days and are encrypted and secured with a private key known only by the GP Practice.
Should you have any concerns about sending your personal details using the web,
please use one of the alternative methods offered by our organisation.
